Balconies___

Duffield engineering can design, manufacture and install balconies complete with balustrading to the construction industry for use on housing developments, hotels, offices etc. Using a modular design stub brackets are fixed to the building structure, after which the building outer facing can be finished, with the balconies themselves not impeding scaffold etc., Upon completion the balconies can be fitted, commencing at the top, and moving down as the scaffold is removed. Using this method almost any size and shape of balcony can be manufactured.

Generally manufactured from steel sections, welded together to form a rigid chassis, onto which a variety of floors can be laid, including timber decking, open grid flooring or steel sheet to accept floor tiles etc. Any number of balustrade designs can be added including stainless steel, glass, timber etc.
